Shipping

We ship out of Arizona and we want your gear to get to you fast and in one piece.

Processing Time

Stocked items ship within 1-3 business days from Phoenix, AZ. Made-to-order items take approximately 5-10 business days to produce before shipping and are marked on the product page. Mixed orders may ship in more than one package.

Rates

Apparel and accessories ship for a flat $6.95, free on apparel orders of $75 or more. Parts and hard goods ship at calculated freight based on size and weight, shown at checkout; parts do not count toward the free apparel shipping threshold. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Double-check your address at checkout. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we will arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Email returns@culturemotorsports.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
