Shipping Policy

We ship out of Arizona and we want your gear to get to you fast and in one piece. Here is how it works.
Processing Time
- Stocked items ship within 1-3 business days from Phoenix, AZ.
- Made-to-order items are made just for you and take approximately 5-10 business days to produce before they ship. These are clearly marked on the product page.
If your order mixes stocked and made-to-order items, it may ship in more than one package so you are not waiting on the slowest piece.
Shipping Rates
Apparel. Tees, hoodies, headwear, and accessories ship for a flat $6.95, and free on apparel orders of $75 or more.
The Build. UTV parts and hard goods ship at calculated freight based on size and weight, shown at checkout and billed separately. Parts do not qualify for the free apparel shipping threshold.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Wider shipping is something we are working toward. Follow us on Instagram @culturemotorsports for updates.
Order Tracking
You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder, then email us and we will track it down.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at returns@culturemotorsports.com with your order number and a photo if it is damaged. We will make it right.
