Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we make and sell. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Apparel & Accessories
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items and custom or limited-edition pieces are not eligible for return.
Parts & Hard Goods
Parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are new, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware included.
The following are not returnable:
- Parts that have been installed, mounted, wired, or used
- Electrical components once connected to power (light bars, harnesses, switches)
- Special-order items
- Items returned without original packaging or hardware
Not sure a part fits your machine? Email us your year, make, and model before you order. We would rather answer a fitment question than process a return.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@culturemotorsports.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. For parts, include a photo of the item in its packaging.
- We will email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days — no hunting down boxes at the post office counter or guessing on postage.
- Pack the item securely, stick the label on, and drop it off.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
We always provide the prepaid label. If the return is our fault — wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit — the label is free and you get a full refund. For all other returns, the cost of the label is deducted from your refund.
Oversized and heavy items (wheel & tire sets, doors, bumpers, seats, audio systems) return at actual freight cost, which is deducted from your refund and can be significant — one more reason to confirm fitment with us before you order.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return was our fault.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange. Email us at returns@culturemotorsports.com with your order number and what you need. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or wrong, email photos of the item and the packaging to returns@culturemotorsports.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will file the carrier claim and get a replacement moving immediately — you do not fight the shipping company, we do. No cost to you.
