Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can happen; if we find one, we may correct it and, where it affects your order, give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items

Some items are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner once you order. Because production begins shortly after purchase, these items are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Made-to-order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Product Representation

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Garment measurements are provided in our Size Guide to help you choose.

Intellectual Property

The Culture Motorsports name, the C-wheel logo, our designs, graphics, photography, and written content are the property of Culture Motorsports LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are apparel and accessories, sold as-is for everyday and lifestyle use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Culture Motorsports LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
